I approach the well-being and treatment of individuals and families with a compassionate and non-judgmental lens, leveraging modalities such as CBT, DBT, EFT, Play Therapy, and EMDR therapy. Grounded in a trauma-informed and strengths-based philosophy, I am committed to reducing stigmas and dismantling barriers to accessible care and aim to empower individuals on their unique voyage towards healing. 

My journey includes an undergraduate degree in Ornithology and a Master's in Social Work. I've seamlessly blended my passion for the natural world with education, serving as an Outdoor Educator and high school educator, specializing in wildlife biology and ecology spanning diverse regions across North and South America, New Zealand, and Australia.
