Professional integrity
Our top priority with the clients and families we work with is the practice of maintaining professional integrity and ethical behaviors with values such as honesty, honor, dependability and trustworthiness.
The following principles define our concept of professional integrity:
Relational ethics - We have a strong standard of ethics and integrity that we abide by and maintain.
Prioritize continuing education to be aligned with the newest science - We love learning new things and are constantly growing and expanding our knowledge and understanding of new modalities to help support our clients. We are open to all possibilities and practices that are new and effective to help someone heal and don’t just stay in an echo chamber. We welcome the opportunity to learn from other professionals such as occupational therapists, psychologists and neurotherapists. And, while we have decades of deliberate practice experience and training, we continue to dedicate dozens of hours of our own personal time to continued education on an on-going basis.
Good standing - We have been told by programs that they enjoy working with us because of how involved and diligent we are with the families and programs in making sure that along with sharing ideas and concepts, that they are actually doing family therapy and utilizing proven modalities.
Independent - We are an independent group that works in the best interest of our clients and families, and have no financial affiliation with the treatment centers we refer.
