My expertise lies in the treatment and placement of adolescent and young adult families facing acute and complex mental health, developmental, and addiction challenges. My journey began with a Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to supporting individuals and families in crisis. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the states of Oregon and Idaho, a Registered Referral Agent for Child-Caring Agencies in Oregon, a trained level II Brainspotting (BSP) specialist and belong to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Over the past two decades, I have immersed myself in the realm of wilderness therapy, serving as a field instructor, primary therapist, and clinical director. This hands-on experience has equipped me with invaluable insights into the complexities of youth mental health and the nuances of effective treatment modalities.
